Return and Refund Policy

 

At Pris Kick, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that issues may sometimes arise with purchases, and we are here to assist you with returns and refunds. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations:

 

Returns

 

Return Period: You have the right to return goods within 14 days from the day you received the item. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. All accessories and manuals must also be included.

 

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customerservice@priskick.com and provide your order number as well as a description of the item you wish to return. Our customer service will give you instructions on how to send back the item and to which address.

 

Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the return costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. In the case of defective or incorrect items, Priskick will cover the return costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

 

Inspection of Returns: Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return requirements. If the items are approved for return, we will initiate a refund.

 

Refunds

 

Refund Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.

 

Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve the returned goods. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the bank or credit card company to credit the amount back to your account.

 

Partial Refunds: If the items are not returned in their original condition, are used, or lack accessories, a portion of the refund may be withheld to cover any depreciation. This amount is assessed individually based on the condition of the item.

 

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and hygiene products are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service if you have questions about specific products.

 

Exceptions and Special Cases

 

Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@priskick.com with your order number and pictures of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement item or a refund.

 

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to it not being picked up from the post office, you may be responsible for return costs, and an administrative fee may apply. We will contact you to resolve the situation in the best possible way.
